If noon sakinah, or Tanween is followed by one of these letters, we have to skip them, and recite the following letter without Ghunnah.<\/p><p><strong><b>\u2022 <\/b>Iqlab<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Iqlab means to convert. If we find Noon sakinah or Tanween followed by this letter, we have to convert it into Meem.<\/p><p><strong><b>\u2022 <\/b>Ikhfa\u2019<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 It is to hide the letter, and it has the letters other than<br \/>Izhar, Iqlab, and Idgham.
